Overview
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, delivery will be done within 5 working days (excluding weekends).
The best is delivery is free of charge (transactions over R200) but only limited to the suburbs mentioned below.
Deliveries will take place – Mon to Fri between 8am and 5pm.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the products at all times during these delivery times. Should there be no one to accept delivery on the day, then the parcel will be taken back to Van Wijkstreeet Animal Hospital, 2 Giraffe street Nelspruit, where the owner can come and collect the parcel.
